Typically you'd do this by copying the desired 'Config' folder to the NAS device, then apply file system level permissions on the folder and all sub-folders and files so that only the desired 'admin' users can have 'modify/write' access to modify settings. Here's how this process might shape into place for you as an example..

1. Your personal configuration folder (as SecureCRT knows it right now) is probably set to the default value: %APPDATAVanDykeConfig (Note that it is not set to ..ConfigSessions, but at 'Config' as is expected)
2. You'd copy yourConfig folder (the actual folder itself, not just the contents) to your NAS device (accessible by UNC path, for example: NASConfig). Now your NAS device has a 'Config' folder there.
3. Set file system permissions on the Config folder that is now located on your NAS device, allowing modification/write permissions to only you or other 'special' (privileged) user accounts.

An alternative to the last two steps above would be to have shortcuts to SecureCRT modified to add a command line arg: /F NASConfig. When the shortcut is used, SecureCRT loads its config from NASConfig instead of the location found in HKCUSoftwareVanDykeSecureCRTConfig Path.
